The top quality Castello restaurant employs a variety of innovative and traditional cooking methods, to offer a delicious Greek, French, Italian and Asian menu that would satisfy the most discerning palate, coupled with a respectable wine collection,
promising a unique culinary experience for each guest. It is an old, traditional stone built town house with wood beams and terra cota roof. There's a patio on the top floor with fantastic views of the surrounding area. Many of the original features have been restored in a recent renovation, and the outcome is a building of true historical significance without any sacrifice in the day to day functionality of a modern hotel. The lobby is small but adequate, the staff are welcoming, will greet you in a variety of European languages and give you local information. This is certainly not only one of the best hotels in Parga, but also one of unique architectural and historical significance. The owners have restored it with care and respect to it's original features, however it is also a property with all the modern comforts and design features to guarantee a pleasant stay in a superior environment.
